Where do you get your merchandise?
My Feisty Feet™ works with retailers and manufacturers in various areas of the United States to locate an ever-changing variety of popular styles at attractive prices. Our buyers work diligently to provide our customers with a great selection and great prices.
When will my order be shipped?
We process your orders to verify availability of your products, shipping selections, Company Information and credit card information. We process most orders within 24 to 48 hours and will contact you for more information if necessary.
Usually for the orders received BEFORE 12pm Central Standard Time (CST) on any business weekdays, we normally ship on the same day. All orders received AFTER 12pm on any business weekdays will be shipped the next business day. All orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday.
Please note that larger orders can possible take longer to prepare due to the time required to inspect. All orders are inspected before we ship out.
Have you received my payment yet?
Paypal:
You should receive a payment confirmation email after your payment clears Paypal. Credit/Debit cards and payments using Paypal funds should clear within minutes. Bank Transfers (transactions using your bank account) take about 2 to 4 days to clear.
Credit Cards: We are working to be able to accept credit cards online. We suspect to have this fixed very soon.
